For one of our key clients we are looking for an Hydraulic Engineer!

Werkzaamheden:
As Hydraulic Engineer you will be assigned to a large offshore project. This project is a development stage.

As Hydraulic Engineer you will be responsible for:
- The Engineering of the Hydraulic Equipment of the system and the braking system
- The Engineering of the Hydraulic Equipment of the HPU and the design of the piping through the entire vessel (topside lifting system and dubble joint factory)

These Hydraulic Systems are complex due to the amount of modes and transitions and because to the large amount of equipment that will impact the size of the vessel.

Tasks:
- Optimise subsystem for cost, produce ability, maintainability, servicability, etc.
- Details subsystem
- Simulates subsystem
- Establish hydraulic diagrams
- Applying rules and regulations
- Technical contact for divisions

Gewenste kennis/ervaring
Bsc./Msc. degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
Experience or strong interest in the Offshore technology
Minimal 2 years experience in a similar job/project
Knowledge of hydraulic components
Knowledge of proportional control systems
Knowledge of control cards
Analytical approach (simulations)
