The System Engineer will operate within the division Systems and Engineering, which stands for innovative and high quality custom built drive and controls projects, solutions and systems.

The System Engineer is responsible for the functionality of a hydraulic and electic drive system. The system consist of subsystems and is complex due the diversity of techniques used and the amount of modes and transitions required. The system engineer communicates with the system engineers and discipline engineers within the team. Common hydraulic and electric background is required.

Tasks
Communicates with Project Manager
Communicates with other system engineers
Communicates with discipline engineers
Facilitates Lloyds approval on design
Monitors interfaces (mechanical. Electric & software)
Writing Engineering report
Making calculations and system sizing
Determine modes and transitions and the conditions

Gewenste kennis/ervaring
Bsc./ Msc. degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Maritime Engineering.
2-4 years of work experience in a similar job.
Common knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
Analytical approach (simulation).
Technical overview / Helicopter view.
Dominates the project rhythm.
